摘要
在工业4.0背景下,针对工业电子衡器在恶劣环境下需实时监控其工作状态并适时做出合理预警的需求,基于单片机设计了一款早期健康预警系统,通过硬件结构的搭建、处理器和传感器模块的选择与设计、InTouch管理平台的软件设计实现了对衡器的实时状态监测,采用仿真模拟与实际测试相结合的方法进行功能性验证,结果表明预警系统运行稳定,达到预期设计目标。
In the context of Industry 4.0,in response to the demand for industrial electronic weighing instruments to monitor their working status constantly and make reasonable early warnings in a harsh environment.This paper designs an early health warning system based on single-chip microcomputer,the selection and design of the sensor module and the software design of the InTouch management platform have realized the real-time status monitoring of the weighing instrument,and the functional verification is carried out by the method of combining simulation and actual testing.
