摘要
根据当前的模具企业的发展需求,开发一套基于模具生产车间的管控系统MES,来解决其生产管理等问题。结合模具制造企业的生产流程,阐述了系统的总体框架,给出了信息管理系统的重要部分模块的组成。然后对模具管理系统的关键技术进行研究,最后总结该系统的优缺点,并对其进一步展望。
In combination with the demand of the current mold production workshop,a set of MES control system based on the mold production workshop was developed to solve the production management and other problems.Combined with the production process of die manufacturing enterprises,the overall framework of the system is described,and the important modules of the information management system are given.Then the key technology of the mould management system is studied.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are summarized,and its further prospect is prospected.
