摘要
通过对柳州五菱CM210MR纵梁类自动化柔性焊装线工艺设计目标、产品焊接工艺性分析、柔性焊接线的选择及确定、焊接线的主要配置及工艺过程的分析,找出其工艺设计难点,为降低投资和优化自动化柔性焊装线工艺提供了可行实施方案。
Through the analysis of process design objectives,product welding process analysis,flexible welding line selection and determination,main configuration and process analysis of Liuzhou Wuling cm210mr longitudinal beam automatic flexible welding line,the difficulties in process design were found out,which provided feasible implementation scheme for reducing investment and optimizing automatic flexible welding line process.
