摘要
发动机缸体的冷却在整个发动机工作中是非常重要的,由于设计需要,发动机缸体常设计有深孔,深孔加工困难。对柳州五菱柳机动力有限公司设计制造的LJ469缸体顶面深孔加工过程中的解决方法及工艺进行分析,得出使用高精度强力刀柄并加深引孔钻的方式可以解决深孔加工问题。
The cooling of the engine block is very important in the whole engine work.Because of the design needs,the engine block is often designed with deep holes,which are difficult to machine.In this paper,the solution and process of deep hole machining on the top surface of LJ469 cylinder block designed and manufactured by liuzhou wuling Liuji Power Co.,Ltd.,are analyzed,and it is concluded that the problem of deep hole machining can be solved by using high precision and strong tool shank and deepening pilot hole drilling.
