摘要 通过对前组合灯下安装支架的冲压工艺性及冲压工艺方案的分析,与单工序冲压模进行比较,确定了采用12工位级进模来进行制件成形的冲压工艺方案。随着工艺方案的实现,模具充分利用工件本身的结构特点,采用了自动卸料、出料冲裁,模具在压力机一次行程中完成自动送料、冲孔、成形、翻边、分离等工序。试冲结果表明,提出的排样方案和设计的12工位级进模是合理可行的,能满足大批量生产需要。 The stamping processes and schemes of the lower front combination lamps mounting bracket made were analysed,and the progressive stamping processes with 12 positons for manufacturing the part were put forward compared with the single process die.With the realization of the process plan,the die took full advantage of the structural characteristics of the workpiece itself,and adopted material giving out and discharging automaticly process.The die could finish the working procedures of auto-feed,piercing,forming,flange and separation by single stroke of the press.The results showed that the layout scheme and the 12 position progressive die were reasonable and feasible,and they were suitable for large-scale production of the automotive part.
