根据纵梁上螺母位置及焊接工艺特性,设计了一种新型检测装置,实践证明:这种装置在纵梁类自动焊接生产线上应用能够检测出螺母是否漏焊,取得很好的效果。

According to the position of the nut on the longitudinal beam and the welding process characteristics,a new type of detection device is designed.The practice shows that the device can detect the missing welding of the nut in the longitudinal beam automatic welding production line and achieve good results.
