基于“精准扶贫”背景下企业新型学徒制办学模式研究

Research on the New Apprenticeship Mode of Enterprises Based on“Precision Poverty Alleviation”

企业新型学徒制作为新形式下人才培养和教育模式,进一步发挥了企业的主导作用,促进企业培养高素质技能型人才需求,对于我国现代职业教育体系建设具有重要意义。结合党的十九大对扶贫攻坚提出的“精准扶贫”新思路和新方法,对广西机电技师学院贫困家庭“两后生”实施企业新型学徒制,创新技能型人才培养模式进行分析,找到了解决“两后生”“上学、学历、就业”三难,同时解决学校“招生难”和企业“招工难”双重难题应对策略,让“精准扶贫”好政策得到真落实,实现“培训一人,输出一人,就业一人,脱贫一户”的经济效应和社会效益。

The new apprenticeship in enterprises is the mode of talent training and education model,which further exerts the leading role of enterprises and promotes the demand of enterprises to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,which is of great significance to the construction of modern vocational education system in China.Combined with the new ideas and methods of“precision poverty alleviation”put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,On analysis Guangxi Technician College of Machinery&Electricity poor families“Students who are unable to continue their education because of family poverty after graduating from junior and senior high schools”carried out new enterprise apprenticeships,innovative skilled personnel training model,solved the problems such as“attending school,educational background,obtain employment”for those college students who are unable to continue their education because of family poverty after graduating from junior and senior high schools.At the same time find out solution to school“recruitment difficulties”and enterprise“recruitment difficulties”dual problems,Let the good policy“precision poverty alleviation”got real implementation.Realize the economic effect and social benefit of“training one person,exporting one person,employment one person,getting rid of poverty one family”.
