摘要
以实际加工案例为基础,对车削加工中钻削φ1.5 mm小孔的加工工艺进行分析,找出钻削过程中影响加工质量和加工效率的主要因素,并根据案例中的加工经验,提出了一种对钻头改进的方法,为小孔加工提供了解决方案,同时也为其他小孔加工提供参考。
Based on the actual processing cases,this paper analyzes the processing technology of drilling φ1.5 mm small hole in turning process,finds out the main factors affecting the processing quality and processing efficiency in the process of drilling,and according to the processing experience in the case,puts forward a method to improve the drill bit,which provides a solution for small hole machining,and also provides reference for other small hole processing.
