中医药保护神经血管单元治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

神经血管单元(neurovascular unit,NVU)的提出使人们意识到缺血性脑卒中诱导的脑损伤或疾病后功能缺陷是复杂的病理过程,仅依靠传统的静脉溶栓或机械取栓等方式使血管再通改善脑循环的治疗手段是不够的。越来越多的研究表明,中医药能从抑制细胞凋亡、抑制炎性因子表达、抗氧化、扩张脑微血管、促进神经和血管再生等方面符合NVU治疗和保护策略的要求。本文基于神经血管单元,对中医药的不同途径治疗缺血性脑卒中研究进展进行综述,有望为中医药对NVU的保护作用的研究及缺血性脑卒中的治疗和预防提供新的策略与思路。

The proposal of neurovascular unit(NVU)makes people realize that brain injury or post-disease functional impairment induced by ischemic stroke is a complex pathological process.It is not enough to rely on traditional intravenous thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy to make blood vessels recanalization and improve cerebral circulation.More and more studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can meet the requirements of NVU treatment and protection strategy from theses aspects of inhibiting apoptosis,inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors,antioxidant,dilating cerebral microvessels and promoting regeneration of nerve and vascular.In this paper,the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine treating ischemic stroke by different approaches was reviewed based on the neurovascular unit.It is expected to provide new strategies and ideas for the research on the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine on NVU and the treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke.
