The Threefold Logic of Human Community with a Shared Future

人类命运共同体是新时代中国处理国际关系的基本价值准则。从历史唯物主义角度看,人类命运共同体实现了理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的辩证统一。理论逻辑上,马克思的共同体思想和中华文化共同体思想是人类命运共同体的理论溯源;历史逻辑上,新中国成立以来外交思想的变迁演进奠定人类命运共同体的形成脉络,尤其是周边命运共同体、区域命运共同体、人类命运共同体三个自我演化阶段;实践逻辑上,积极构建政治共同体、安全共同体、经济共同体、文化共同体和环境共同体。

Building a human community with a shared future is the basic principle for China to cope with international relations in the New Era.From the perspective of historical materialism,it achieved the dialectical unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.In terms of theoretical logic,the human community theory of both Karl Marx and Chinese culture served as the theoretical foundation of it;in terms of historical logic,the evolution of diplomatic theory since the founding of the People’s Republic of China built up the fabric of it,especially the three self-evolving stages of periphery community,regional community and human community with a shared future;in terms of practical logic,we are also keen on building political community,safety community,economic community,cultural community and environmental community with a share future.
