摘要 针对桥梁设计、施工和运维管养不同阶段信息转移遗漏和难以共享的问题,以武汉青山长江公路大桥为背景,综合运用物联网、大数据、云计算、无人机倾斜摄影等新兴信息技术构建基于BIM的全生命期信息管理平台,平台包括电脑端的WEB应用系统、智慧沙盘和移动智能终端APP 3种可视化交互方式。设计阶段,对全线桥梁进行参数化BIM建模,并建立桥梁周边环境三维实景模型,在BIM中集成桥梁结构分析结果数据。施工阶段通过统一的构件编码串接项目信息、施工进度、质量安全、人员物资机械、施工监控等信息,实现各方的协同管理。运维管养阶段,在BIM模型上集成了设计、施工阶段与运维管养相关的关键信息,对健康监测和巡检管养实现三维可视化管理。 How to deal with information loss during data transmission and realize data sharing are still issues that should be considered in different stages of bridge design,construction and operation.For the Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Wuhan,a BIM-based life-cycle information management platform has been built up,which makes comprehensive utilization of a variety of emerging technologies,including internet of things,big data,cloud computing and UAV oblique photography.The platform consists of three visual interaction modes,from the WEB application system on PC,through smart sandbox to APP on smart mobile terminology.In the design stage,aparameterized BIM modeling of the bridges on the whole road alignment was conducted,and the 3 Dreal scene model of the surroundings at the bridge site was built,to integrate bridge structure analysis results on the BIM platform.In the construction stage,an array of information about the project,construction timeline,quality and safety,personnel,resources,machinery,as well as construction monitoring and control was serially connected via a unified component code,so that the collaborative management of all parties was realized.In the operation and maintenance stage,key information drawn from bridge design and construction stages together with the information of operation and maintenance are all taken into the BIM model,which will permit 3 Dvisual management of the structural health monitoring and on-site inspection and maintenance.
