肺痹汤2号对二氧化硫染毒小鼠肺损伤的干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察肺痹汤2号对于二氧化硫染毒小鼠肺损伤的影响。方法本实验建立了SO2(28±2) mg/m^3吸入染毒的小鼠模型,并分别对中药治疗组与中药预防组进行了14天和28天的中药干预后对小鼠肺组织白介素-6 (interleukin-6,IL-6)、IL-6 mRNA、转化生长因子-β1(transforminggrowth factor-β1,TGF-β1)、 TGF-β1 mRNA、乳腺复原蛋白-39 (breast recovery protein-39, BRP-39)mRNA的含量进行检测并比较。结果统计学采用单因素方差分析进行组间比较,用LSD法进行组间两两比较,P<0.05表示组间差异具有显著性。与空白组小鼠相比,模型组小鼠肺组织的IL-6、IL-6 mRNA、TGF-β1、TGF-β1 mRNA、BRP-39 mRNA含量显著升高(P<0.05),中药预防组小鼠与模型组小鼠相比,TGF-β1、TGF-β1 mRNA、BRP-39 mRNA含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论肺痹汤2号具有促进SO2染毒小鼠肺组织炎性渗出的吸收作用,对SO2染毒小鼠肺组织的损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of Feibi decoction No.2 in preventing lung damage induced by SO2 in mouse model.Method We induced lung damage by(28±2) mg/m^3 SO2 in mouse.The Feibi decoction No.2 were given 28 days prior or 14 days after the induction of lung damage in two separated groups.The interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-6 mRNA,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),TGF-β1 mRNA,and breast recovery protein(BRP-39) mRNA in lung tissue were measured.Results In statistics,we used one-way analysis of variance to compare between groups,and then used LSD.P<0.05 means there are statistical significant difference.Compared with blank group,the IL-6、IL-6 mRNA、TGF-β1、TGF-β1 mRNA、BRP-39 mRNA in model group of mouse were significantly increased(P<0.05).compared with model group,the preventive group with Feibi decoction No.2 obviously decreased the level of TGF-β1、TGF-β1 mRNA、BRP-39 mRNA(P<0.05).Conclusion Feibi decoction No.2 can enhance the absorption of inflammatory exudation in lung tissue,therefore protect the lung tissue from SO2.
