Execution structure of functionality five zang viscera and embryo’s rules of derivation and differentiation

中医学者常徘徊于结构性五脏与功能性五藏之间。基于中、西医学都是关于人体组成部分和功能的完备认识,本文将中医学的五脏(六脏)、六腑、奇恒之腑、五体、官窍和经络整合为功能性五藏,发现功能性五藏有15种功能,以这些功能为线索,将西医学具有固定结构和毗邻关系的人体组成部分整合为对应的15个执行结构。对比功能性五藏的核心功能细胞与三胚层衍化的组织器官,发现脏腑性五藏的脾藏和肺藏的核心功能细胞来自内胚层,肾藏的核心功能细胞来自中胚层,肝藏和心藏的核心功能细胞来自外胚层,按照脾、肺、肾、肝、心的五行相生顺序排列。五体性五藏的皮的核心功能细胞来自内胚层,脉、骨和肉的核心功能细胞来自中胚层,筋的核心功能细胞来自外胚层,按照皮、脉、骨、肉、筋的五行反克顺序排列。

Scholars of traditional Chinese medicine often wander between the structural five organs and the functionality five zang viscera.Based on the complete understanding that both Chinese and western medicine are about the body’s components and functions,the five zang viscera(six zang viscera),six fu viscera,and extraordinary fu-viscera,five body constituents,organs and meridians in TCM were integrated in this paper.It is found that the functionality five zang viscera have 15 functions.With these functions as clues,the human body components with fixed structure and adjacent relationship in western medicine were integrated into 15 corresponding execution structures.By comparing the core functional cells of the functionality five zang viscera and the tissues and organs derived and differentiation from the triploderm.it is found that the core functional cells of the spleen and lung in five zang viscera are from endoderm,the core functional cells of the kidney are from mesoderm,and the core functional cells of the liver and heart are from ectoderm.It is arranged according to the order of inter-promotion of five elements,namely spleen,lung,kidney,liver and heart.In five body constituents,the core functional cells of skin are from endoderm,the core functional cells of vessel,bone and muscle are from mesoderm,the core functional cells of tendon are from ectoderm.It is arranged according to the order of reverse restriction of five elements,namely skin,vessel,muscle,bone and tendon.
