The“Neo-imperialism of China”is a distorted understanding of the rising China in Western public opinion.It regards the progress of China's foreign contacts as a process of economic aggression,political model export,cultural penetration,ecological destruction and security threat in science and technology,which has twisted the relationship between China and the world seriously.This theory defames the original intention of China to promote the common development of the global economy,denies the contribution of China to safeguarding a fair global order,distorts the idea of China to promote the global cultural coexistence and communion,goes against the willingness of China to promote global ecological harmony and coexistence,and ignores the efforts of China to promote human progress in science and technology by China's independent innovation.Therefore,a critical analysis of this theory is helpful to clarify the misunderstandings,eliminate the interferences,and then provides a solid theoretical support for promoting the opening up and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
