摘要
胶筒密封的失效会给石油开采工艺带来难以估量的损失。在获取用户对密封胶筒可靠性需求的基础上,通过二元比较和多粒度粗糙集集成的方法计算用户需求的耦合权重,应用产品规划质量屋(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)将用户需求转换为技术特性,最终识别出影响胶筒密封可靠性的关键因素并确定其重要度,运用模糊聚类分析将胶筒密封可靠性影响因素进行归类。最后,应用TRIZ理论对胶筒进行创新设计。该文对于研究提高胶筒密封可靠性的措施和对胶筒进行可靠性设计具有重要意义。
Failure of packer-rubber seal causes incalculable loss to the process of oil production.In this article,based on the user requirements for the reliability of sealed packer rubber,the methods of binary comparison and multi-granularity rough set integration are adopted to calculate the coupling weight of user requirements,and Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is employed to translate user requirements into technical characteristics.Thus,the key factors influencing the reliability of packer rubber are identified.Based on the fuzzy-clustering analysis,the factors influencing the reliability of packer-rubber seal are classified.Finally,the TRIZ theory is adopted for innovation design.This provides reference for ensuring a high standard of seal and realizing the reliable design of packer rubber.
