疏肝清肺汤联合替硝唑螺内酯、红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的疗效

Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Shugan Qingfei Decoction Combined with Tinidazole Spironolactone and Red and Blue Light on Acne Vulgaris

目的:探究疏肝清肺汤联合替硝唑螺内酯、红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2019年3月十堰市太和医院收治的寻常痤疮患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用疏肝清肺汤与替硝唑螺内酯乳膏,观察组采用疏肝清肺汤与替硝唑螺内酯乳膏联合红蓝光治疗,观察寻常痤疮的治疗效果及对血清炎性反应递质的影响。结果:治疗前2组患者血清炎性反应递质水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组的TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均得到明显降低,且观察组优于对照组水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高达96.00%,而对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,2组患者发生皮肤潮红、皮肤干燥、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤脱屑等情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝清肺汤与替硝唑螺内酯乳膏联合红蓝光可以显著降低寻常痤疮患者的血清炎性反应递质水平,提高皮损改善率。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of Shugan Qingfei Decoction combined with tinidazole spironolactone,red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Affiliated Taihe Hospital of Hubei University of Medicine from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shugan Qingfei Decoction and tinidazole spironolactone cream,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Qingfei Decoction and tinidazole spironolactone cream combined with red and blue light to observe the therapeutic effects of acne vulgaris and its effects on serum cytokines.Results:The serum levels of cytokines were similar to those before treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was superior to the level of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the course of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin flushing,dry skin,itchy skin,and skin desquamation among the 2 groups of patients.Conclusion:The combination of Shugan Qingfei Decoction and tinidazole spironolactone cream with red and blue light can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with acne vulgaris and improve the rate of improvement of skin lesions.It is recommended to be widely used by patients with acne.
