甘肃省县域农业结构调整对农民收入的影响研究——基于固定效应模型的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Agricultural Structure Adjustment on Farmers'Income in Gansu Province——An Empirical Analysis Based on Fixed Effect Model

基于农业结构调整促进农民增收的作用机理,选取2004—2016年甘肃省86个县市区的面板数据,运用固定效应模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:各县域农业结构调整对农民收入的影响存在差异,其中,陇南和中部地区的种植业相对比较发达,对其农民收入的影响较大;甘南、临夏适宜发展牧业,对其农民收入的影响较大,但其特色优势还需进一步发挥;河西地区大部分县域农业各产业对其农民收入的影响均不显著;全省林业和农林牧渔服务业整体发展较慢,对农民收入的影响不大。进而,针对不同区域提出调整农业结构促进农民增收的对策建议。

Based on the mechanism of agricultural structure adjustment to promote farmers'income,this paper selects panel data of 86 counties and cities in Gansu Province from 2004 to 2016,and conducts an empirical study with a fixed effect model.The results show that there are differences in the influence of the agricultural structural adjustment on farmers'income in each county,among which the cultivation industry in the southern and central regions is relatively developed and has a greater influence on farmers'income.Gannan and Linxia regions are suitable for the development of animal husbandry,which has a greater impact on their farmers'income.However the advantages need to be furthered.The influence of agricultural industries in most counties of Hexi area on farmers'income is not significant.Overall forestry,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery industries develop slowly in the province and have little impact on farmers'income.Furthermore,the paper puts forward suggestions on adjusting agricultural structure to promote farmers'income.
