摘要 建立食品中毒鼠强残留量的气相色谱-串联质谱检测方法及科学的不确定度评定模型,提高检测的质量控制水平。结果表明,毒鼠强质量浓度在25.0~250.0 ng/mL线性关系良好,Y=1.181×103X+5.203×103(R2=0.995 3),加标回收率为96.57%,RSD为2.7%,方法检出限为0.098μg/kg,当食品中毒鼠强含量为0.186 7 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.000 21 mg/kg。该方法为气相色谱-串联质谱法测定毒鼠强时的不确定度的评定提供了参考依据。 To establish a GC-MS method and a scientific uncertainty evaluation model for the determination of tetramine residues in food poisoning,and to improve the quality control level of detection.The results showed that the linear relationship between the con⁃centration of tetramine 25.0~250.0 ng/mL was good,Y=1.181×103X+5.203×103(R2=0.9953).The average recovery of three levels was 96.57%,and the corresponding RSD was 2.7%.The detection limit of the method was 0.098μg/kg.When the content of tetramine in food poisoning was 0.1867 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.00021 mg/kg.The method of determination of tetramine residues in food poisoning was confirmed,and the reference basis was provided for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of tetra⁃mine by GC-MS/MS.
