基于收益共享契约的蛋鸡供应链利益协调机制研究

Research on benefit coordination mechanism of laying hens supply chain based on revenue sharing contract

利益分配不均问题普遍存在于蛋鸡供应链中,公平合理的利益分配机制是保障蛋鸡供应链联盟持久存在和稳定发展的基础。通过引入收益共享契约建立了"公司+农户"模式下蛋鸡供应链协调机制,并求解出收益共享契约系数的取值范围。结果表明,收益共享契约能够实现蛋鸡供应链协调,促进供应链整体利润公平分配。

The problem of uneven benefit distribution is common in the laying hens supply chain.A fair and reasonable benefit coordi⁃nation mechanism is the basis for the sustainable existence and stable development of the laying hens supply chain alliance.The reve⁃nue sharing contract is introduced to establish the coordination mechanism of the laying hens supply chain under the mode of“compa⁃ny+farmer”,and the value range of its coefficient is calculated.The results show that the revenue sharing contract can achieve the co⁃ordination of the laying hens supply chain and promote the fair distribution of the whole profit.
