中医药膳饮食改善胃癌术后气虚血亏证患者胃肠功能和营养状况临床研究

Clinical Study on Medicated Diet of Chinese Medicine in Improving Gastrointestinal Function and Nutritional Status of Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Depletion Syndrome After Operation for Gastric Cancer

目的:观察中医药膳饮食对胃癌术后气虚血亏证患者胃肠功能和营养状况的影响。方法:将70例胃癌术后气虚血亏证患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组术后给予肠内营养支持疗法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医药膳饮食。比较2组术后首次排气、首次排便、肠鸣音恢复时间、临床疗效以及血清生长激素(GH)、白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组首次排气、首次排便、肠鸣音恢复时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组优良率为54.29%,高于对照组28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清GH、Alb、TRF水平较治疗前升高,且观察组血清GH、Alb、TRF水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药膳饮食可有效改善胃癌术后气虚血亏证患者的胃肠功能和营养状况,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the effect of medicated diet of Chinese medicine on the improvement of gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of patients with qi deficiency and blood depletion syndrome after operation for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood depletion syndrome after operation for gastric cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,35 cases in each group.After operation,the control group was given enteral nutrition support,and the observation group was additionally given medicated diet of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.After operation,the recovery time of the first exhaust,first defecation and bowel sounds,the clinical effect and the levels of growth hormone(GH),albumin(Alb)and transferrin(TRF)in serum in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the recovery time of first exhaust,first defecation and bowel sounds in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was 54.29%in the observation group,higher than that of 28.57%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GH,Alb and TRF in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicated diet of Chinese medicine can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of patients with qi deficiency and blood depletion syndrome after operation for gastric cancer,with definite curative effect.
