金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Jin'gangteng Capsules for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果以及用药的安全性。方法:将84例慢性盆腔炎患者分为试验组(42例,金刚藤胶囊联合常规治疗)、对照组(42例,常规治疗)。对其治疗效果、住院时间、不良反应发生率进行数据统计分析。结果:试验组总有效率97.62%,高于对照组的80.95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率4.76%,对照组为23.81%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间(6.67±1.76)d,对照组住院时间(9.67±2.67)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.0797,P=0.0000<0.05)。结论:采用金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎,治疗效果提升明显,可以减少患者的住院时间,降低治疗过程中的不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jin'gangteng capsules for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the medication safety.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into the experiment group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experiment group was additionally given Jin'gangteng capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,the hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed statistically.Results:The total effective rate was 97.62%in the experiment group,higher than that of 80.95%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.76%in the experiment group and 23.81%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time was(6.67±1.76)days in the experiment group and(9.67±2.67)days in the control group,the difference being significant(t=6.0797,P=0.0000<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jin'gangteng capsules for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant improvement in the curative effect,which can shorten the hospitalization time of patients and reduce the adverse reactions during treatment.
