中药贴敷联合艾灸治疗肺癌晚期胸腔积液疗效及护理对策研究

Curative Effect of Chinese Herbal Application Combined with Moxibustion for Ad⁃vanced Lung Cancer and Pleural Effusion and Its Nursing Strategy

目的:观察中药贴敷联合艾灸治疗肺癌晚期胸腔积液患者的疗效,并探讨其护理对策。方法:选取本院收治的肺癌晚期胸腔积液患者共82例,随机分为2组,每组41例。对照组予以顺铂注射治疗,并配合常规护理;观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上予以中药贴敷联合艾灸治疗,并配合针对性护理对策。比较2组临床疗效、胸腔积液深度及功能状态评分(KPS)。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组68.29%,明显高于对照组39.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胸腔积液深度均较治疗前明显减小,且观察组明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组KPS评分较治疗前明显提升,且明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药贴敷联合艾灸治疗肺癌晚期胸腔积液疗效确切,同时配合针对性护理对策可促进胸腔积液吸收,提高健康状况。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal application combined with moxibustion for patients with advanced lung cancer and pleural effusion,and to discuss its nursing strategy.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer and pleural effusion in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was given injection of cisplatin and routine nursing;the observation group was additionally given Chinese herbal application,moxibustion and targeted nursing based on the treatment in the control group.The clinical effect,the depth of pleural effusion and the scores of Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 68.29%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 39.02%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depth of pleural effusion in the two groups was significantly decreased when compared with that before treatment,and the depth in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of KPS in the observation group was significantly increased when compared with that before treatment and was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the score of KPS before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal application combined with moxibustion has definite curative effect in treating advanced lung cancer and pleural effusion.Combining the therapy with targeted nursing can promote the absorption of pleural effusion and improve health condition.
