中药封包对抗精神病药物所致便秘护理的研究

Nursing Research on Chinese Medicine Package for Constipation Caused by Antipsychotic Medicine

目的:观察中药封包对抗精神病药物所致便秘的疗效。方法:将84例服用抗精神病药物所致便秘的患者随机分为2组,对照组予服用酚酞片及常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上辅助使用中药封包治疗,4周后对比临床症状改善情况及干预前后便秘患者症状自评。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组治愈率为33.3%,对照组治愈率为7.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组再发3 d无大便及口服酚酞片剂量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组便秘患者症状自评问卷(PAC-SYM)评分较干预前下降,且治疗组PAC-SYM评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包能改善对抗精神病药物所致的便秘,有较好的预防作用,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine package for constipation caused by antipsychotic medicine.Methods:A total of 84 patients with constipation caused by antipsychotic medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with phenolphthalein tablets and routine nursing care,while the treatment group was assisted with Chinese medicine package based on the treatment of the control group.After four weeks,the improvement and the self-assessment of clinical symptoms of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the cure rate was 33.3%in the treatment group and 7.1%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison of the number of cases with no defecation for three days and the dose of phenolphthalein tablets that patients took orally between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Patient Assessment of Constipation-Symptoms(PAC-SYM)in the two groups were improved,and the PAC-SYM score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine package can improve the constipation caused by antipsychotic medicine,which has better preventive effect and improves the quality of life of patients.
