论胞宫之藏泻与月经之潮止

Discuss on Storage and Discharge of Uterus and Blood Output and Stoppage in Menses

笔者从胞宫为奇恒之府开始,通过藏与泻的辨证对立统一关系,胞宫通过司藏泻功能主持月经,以及胞宫藏泻失司等多个方面,对胞宫藏泻功能与月经病发病机理的关系进行了论述,认为故调经首重在调整胞宫藏泻功能。

Beginning with the uterus as one of the extraordinary organs,the authors discuss the relationship between storage and discharge function of the uterus and pathogenesis of emmeniopathy from various aspects,such as the dialectical unity relationship between storage and discharge,the uterus'governing menses via the control of storage and discharge function,as well as the uterus's losing control of storage and discharge.The authors think that for regulating menses,the priority should be given to the regulation of storage and discharge function of the uterus.
