运用内阳外阴理论辨治阳虚发热

Application of Theory of Internal Yang and External Yin to Treatment of Yang-Defi⁃ciency Fever

笔者从内阳外阴的本体理论出发,阐述人体阴阳的体用关系,并基于此分析阳虚发热的病症病机和投方施药之法——阳虚发热的病机本质在于阳虚阴盛、迫虚火外越,治疗应注重潜阳入阴、复体存用,标本兼顾,从理法方药四方面总结治疗阳虚发热的经验。

Starting from the theory of"internal yang and external yin",the authors expounded the relation of yin's and yang's essence and their use in human body,and based on this,they analyzed the pathogenesis of yang-deficiency fever and the prescription for it.It was found that the essence of the pathogenesis of yang-deficiency fever lies in the deficiency of yang with exuberance of yin forcing deficiency fire flaming outward.As a result,the treatment of it should be attached great importance to subduing yang and entering yin to make yang return to inner body for future effect,and should treat the root and branch simultaneously.What's more,this paper summarized the experience of treating yang-deficiency fever from principles,methods,prescriptions,and medicine.
