摘要 本文主要描述了位置检测技术在棒材高速转辙器中的应用,通过在转辙器丝杠径向安装三个电感式传感器,可实现转辙器初始位置快速精准调整和实际运行轨迹时检测两大功能,从而判断高速倍尺剪不能有效分段倍尺的故障原因,为解决高速上料系统瓶颈问题提供可靠而有力的数据支撑。 This paper mainly describes the application of position detection technology in high-speed switch of bar,by installing three inductive sensors in the radial direction of the lead screw of the switch,the two functions of fast and accurate adjustment of the initial position of the switch and detecting the actual running track can be realized,it is concluded that the high-speed double-ruler shears can not effectively segment the double-ruler,which provides reliable and powerful data support for solving the bottleneck problem of high-speed feeding system.
