转炉提升废钢消耗工业实践

摘要 本文通过转炉提升废钢消耗工业实践,研究提升废钢消耗影响因素及改进措施。结果表明:通过转炉热平衡测算指导废钢加入,结合废钢资源综合利用、提升废钢堆密度、废钢天车组织优化、合金烘烤优化使用等措施,废钢消耗达到145kg/t以上,大幅度降低炼钢加工成本。 In this paper,the practice of improving scrap consumption in converter is presented and the factors affecting the consumption of scrap and the improvement measures are studied.The results show that by the measures of guiding scrap addition by calculating the heat balance of converter,combining the scrap comprehensive utilization,increasing scrap pile density,optimizing scrap crane structure and the optimal use of alloy baking,the scrap consumption has reached more than 145kg/t,and the steel making processing cost is greatly reduced.
