粤港澳大湾区产业升级下“三旧”改造政策的思考

Reflections on the "Three Old" Transformation Policy Under the Industrial Upgrading of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

本文基于粤港澳大湾区产业升级下对"三旧"改造的新要求,分析研究广东省典型地市"三旧"改造实践中政府职能、规划管控、拆迁补偿安置收益分配中存在的问题。为适应新时期新的发展需求,湾区城市还需进一步结合现有改造问题,创新改造政策。

Based on the new requirements for the transformation of the "Three Old" under the industrial upgrading of the GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the government functions,planning control,and income distribution of relocation compensation and resettlement in the transformation of the "Three Old" in typical cities of Guangdong province.In order to adapt to the new development needs of the new era,the bay area cities need to further combine the existing transformation problems and innovate the transformation policies.
