善本《大河外科》辨治外科疾病学术思想探析

善本《大河外科》为明初医家王拳永乐年间“得异人秘授”,约在1407年为辨治外科疾病所撰的中医外科专著。此书两卷,上卷论述外科病36种,下卷载有外科方剂72首。具有诗赋辨证、图文并茂、内容精炼、实用效捷之特色的中医外科善本。对常见外科疾病临证治法和方药进行详细阐述,为临床诊治外科疾病提供了借鉴经验。

The rare book of Dahe Waike was written by doctor WANG Quan in the early Ming Dynasty during Yongle’s reign and was a monograph on Traditional Chinese Medicine surgery for treating surgical diseases in 1407.This book consists of two volumes.The first volume deals with 36 kinds of surgical diseases and the second volume contains 72 surgical prescriptions.This is a rare book of Traditional Chinese Medicine surgery with the characteristics of differentiation of symptoms and signs,rich pictures and texts,concise contents and practical and effective results.The clinical treatment methods and prescriptions for common surgical diseases are elaborated in detail,which provides reference experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment of surgical diseases.
