扶正安中汤联合XELOX方案治疗晚期结直肠癌30例

Fuzheng Anchong Decoction Combined with XELOX Regimen in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的:分析扶正安中汤联合XELOX方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:2017年4月―2019年4月收住入院的晚期结直肠癌患者60例,对照组30例予XELOX方案化疗,观察组30例以对照组为基础,加用扶正安中汤,疗效的评价指标为近期疗效、不良反应、第1周期住院时间及两次化疗周期间隔。结果:(1)在近期疗效评价方面,观察组和对照组临床治疗有效率分别为36.6%、26.7%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)在乏力、手足综合征的发生率方面,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的发生率低于对照组,骨髓抑制、消化道不良反应、心脏毒性、肝功能不全方面无统计学差异(P>0.05);(3)观察组在减少住院时间及两次化疗周期间隔方面与对照组相比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;(4)两次化疗间隔时间与疗效之间两组相比,有一定的关系(P<0.05),化疗周期间隔时间越长,病情进展的发生率越高。结论:扶正安中汤联合XELOX方案化疗可以减轻XELOX方案引起的乏力与手足综合征,减少住院时间与化疗周期间隔,一定程度水平改善预后。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng Anchong Decoction combined with XELOX in treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer.Methods:60 cases with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled.30 patients in the control group were treated with XELOX regimen.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Fuzheng Anchong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy,adverse reactions,hospital stay in the first cycle and the interval between two chemotherapy cycles were evaluated.Results:(1)In terms of short-term efficacy evaluation,the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 36.6%and 26.7%,respectively,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)There were significant differences in the incidence of fatigue and hand-foot syndrome between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of bone marrow depression and poor digestive tract in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.There were no significant differences in response,cardiotoxicity and liver dysfunction(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in reducing hospital stay and the interval between the two chemotherapy cycles(both P<0.05).(4)There was a certain relationship between the interval between the two chemotherapy cycles and the curative effect(P<0.05).The longer the interval between the two chemotherapy cycles,the higher the incidence of disease progression.Conclusion:Fuzheng Anchong Decoction combined with XELOX regimen chemotherapy can alleviate the fatigue and hand-foot syndrome caused by XELOX regimen,reduce hospital stay and interval between chemotherapy cycles,and improve prognosis.
