某风机焊接转子动特性分析

Analysis of the dynamic characteristics for the welding rotor of a fan

利用Ansys有限元软件,对风机轮盘进行优化设计,得到适合焊接应力水平较低的轮盘模型,并对其进行组装,建立焊接转子有限元模型。应用Ansys软件的Rotordynamics模块对焊接转子模型进行转子动力学计算,得到各阶临界转速和模态。摸索出新式焊接转子的设计计算的新方法。

Design and optimize a section of rotary table with Ansys.The stress of the section need to be as low as possible.Then organize the sections to be a jointing rotor.Calculate and analysis the natural frequency and mode with Rotordynamics of Ansys.It will be a new way to calculate and analysis jointing rotor.
