This paper introduces the realization method of viewing data and sending instructions in Android terminal of the Remote Management Intelligent System.The system uses lightweight and open MQTT protocol to transmit the message data between client and server.Users can send instructions at any time to remotely manage the situation of monitoring points by receiving the message data in real time.
