粤港澳大湾区发展背景下珠海市水资源保障战略研究

Strategy Research of Water Resources Guarantee in Zhuhai City under Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Developing

珠海市是广东省省域副中心城市,为贯彻落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的要求,高质量建设珠海、澳门的水资源保障体系,开展珠海市水资源保障战略研究意义重大。针对珠海市提出的2035年人口达到500万、GDP增长到2万亿元的远景发展目标,立足节水,对标先进,保障澳门,在水资源需求预测、污染物入河量预测的基础上,设置了4个情景方案,开展了珠海市水资源承载状况研究。研究结果表明,水量是珠海市未来水资源承载状况的主要影响要素,供水安全保障是珠海市未来水资源保障的关键需求,在此基础上系统提出了协调和支撑珠海市社会经济发展的水资源战略对策,以期为实现珠海市高质量发展目标提供基础保障。

Zhuhai City is a semi-central city in Guangdong Province.In order to meet the requirement of“Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”,and construct the system of water resources guarantee in Zhuhai-Macao with high-quality,strategy research of water resources guarantee of Zhuhai has vast importance.Focus on the long-term target of population reaching 5 million and GDP reaching￥2 trillion of Zhuhai,four different scenarios were set up to analyze the water resources carrying status and adaptability of water resources guarantee of Zhuhai,based on water conservation,high efficiency,Macao Guarantee,started from water demand forecasting and pollutants discharged forecasting.The results show that water quantity is the major factor of water resources carrying status of Zhuhai in the further and key element of water resources guarantee is water safety.Strategies of water resources to supporting socioeconomic development were designed,for quality growth guarantee of Zhuhai City.
