摘要
创新能力是核心素养的关键,世界上很多国家特别是经济发达国家都把创新能力放在了其颁布的核心素养框架中的重要甚至首要位置。创新性思维的本质是非逻辑的,创新性的思维形式包括想象、灵感和直觉思维;创新性思维品质包括发散性思维和批判性思维;创新性心理品格包括好奇心、兴趣和意志,这些要素在人的创造性活动中具有重要作用和显著特征。教育实践中将培养学生创新能力这一核心素养落地,要突出创新能力主题、抓牢思维训练主线、坚持问题研究导向、创设实践教学情境、营造自由思维空间、注重全面素质培育、拓展个性培养渠道。
Innovation capability is the key to key competency.Many countries all over the world,especially economically developed countries have placed their innovation capability at an important and even top priority in their framework of key competency.The nature of innovative thinking is illogical.Innovative thinking's forms consist of imagination,inspiration and intuitive thinking.The quality of innovative thinking includes divergent thinking and critical thinking.Innovative psychological character consists of curiosity,interest and determination.The elements mentioned above possess important role and salient feature.The key competency of cultivating students'innovative capability will be implemented in educational practice.We should highlight the theme of innovation capability,grasp the main line of thinking training,adhere to the research of problem orientation,create practical teaching situation,create space for free thinking,focus on the cultivation of overall quality and expand channels for personality training in educational practice.
