摘要
人类改造世界就是探求物质系统的结构特征与功能之间的对应关系,通过改变物质结构以获取人所需要的功能的过程。长春市第八中学建构了“溯源调结构、结构定功能”的可持续发展新模式,抓住育人基本环节,以成立教育教学改革发展民主监督委员会、实施全景阶梯式教师评价为行动保障,建构了以生涯教育为主线的德育体系和回归本真的校本教学体系,深化学校教育结构变革,实现了由点的变化向面的发展,把学校建成“学生有情怀、教师有归属、学校有温度、办学有故事”的四有学校。
The transformation of the world by human beings is to explore the corresponding relationship between the structural features and functions of the material system,and to obtain the functions needed by human beings by changing the material structure.Changchun No.8 Middle School constructs the“traceability adjustable structure,structure,function”the sustainable development of the new model,seize the educational basic link,to set up education teaching reform,development and democratic supervision committee,implementing a panoramic stepwise for action to ensure teachers evaluation,construct the career education as the main line of moral education system and side of school-based teaching system,deepen the school education structure reform,realize from the change of point to the development of plane,the school is built with"students have feelings,teachers have the ownership,schools have temperature,run a school have story".
