摘要
研究生学术不端行为的治理需要自律和他律,学术规范文本在一定程度上约束研究生的学术行为。本文采用文本分析法,尝试对“C9”高校的学术规范文本进行剖析,认为其在制定依据、适用对象、行为认定、处理主体、处理程序、处理手段等方面存在问题。基于这些问题,文本制订应当紧扣国家规定,明确适用对象,加大学术力量、动员公众力量参与学术不端治理,完善不实举报的救济机制;大力推行学术规范教育,制订科学的操作程序和量化的衡量标准,明确研究生学术行为中的导师责任。
The governance of postgraduate academic misconduct needs self-discipline and heteronomy,the academic norms text plays a restrictive role in postgraduate academic behavior to a certain extent.The paper tries to analyze the C9 universities'text of academic norms by textual analysis,and points out that there are some problems in the formulation basis,applicable object,behavior identification,processing subject,processing procedure and processing means.Based on these problems,the formulation of text should closely follow the national documents,divide the applicable objects clearly and carefully,strengthen academic and social forces to participate in the governance of academic misconduct,improve the relief mechanism of false reports,vigorously promote academic norms education,formulate scientific operational procedures and quantitative measurement standards,clarify the tutor's responsibility in postgraduate academic behavior.
