高校教师发展是涵盖个人发展、教学发展、专业发展以及组织发展等多维度的综合发展系统,而组织发展是高校教师发展的根本保障和依托。已有关于高校教师组织发展的对象、内容、组织形式和类型等理论为教师组织发展研究工作奠定了坚实的基础。我国高校教师组织发展工作需要在顶层设计、发展战略、政策制订和评价体系等方面采取促进策略,以促进高校教师发展,提高人才培养质量。

The development of college teachers is a multi-dimensional system development which covers personal development,teaching development,professional development and organizational development.Organizational development is the fundamental guarantee and support for the development of college teachers.The existing theories on the object,content,organization form and type of college teacher organization development have laid a solid foundation for the development of teacher organizations.In order to promote the development of college teachers and improve the quality of personnel training,we need to adopt promotion strategies in top-level design,development strategy,policy formulation and evaluation system.
