摘要
为考察社会支持和工作投入在大学教师工作压力和工作生活质量之间的中介作用,以工作压力、社会支持、工作投入、工作生活质量等问卷为工具,对358名大学教师进行调查。结果发现:工作压力与工作生活质量呈显著负相关;工作压力分别通过社会支持、工作投入对工作生活质量产生间接影响;多重中介效应显示,工作压力对工作生活质量直接效应显著,工作压力还通过社会支持和工作投入中介链对工作生活质量产生间接效应。
In order to investigate the mediating role of social support and work engagement in university teachers'work stress and quality of work and life,358 university teachers were surveyed with questionnaires such as work stress,social support,work engagement and the quality of work and life.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between work stress and the quality of work and life.Work stress indirectly affects the quality of work and life through social support and work engagement.Multiple mediating effects show that work stress has a significant direct effect on quality of work life.Work stress also has an indirect effect on the quality of work and life through social support and work engagement mediation chain.
