摘要
文章阐述了合成法制小苏打的工艺流程和碳化塔的操作,在海拔高度3000m,大气压强70.8 k Pa、进气量、塔压、碱液中Na HCO3干燥温度对小苏打总碱量的影响。针对影响因素,采取相应措施,保证小苏打产品质量合格和持续稳定生产。
This article focused on the technological process of the synthesis of baking soda and the operation of the carbonation tower.At an altitude of 3000 meters,the atmospheric pressure is 70.8 k Pa,the air intake,tower pressure,and the drying temperature of NaHCO3 in the alkali liquor affect the total alkali content of baking soda.According to the influencing factors,take targeted measures to ensure that the quality of baking soda products is qualified and the continuous and stable production.
