摘要
针对双级推料离心机在某塑胶粒子进行脱水分离时残余含湿率≤45%的要求,通过对影响残余含湿率的两个重要参数着手,对不同的转速和推料次数进行了实验,依据实验结果及实验现象进行了研究分析,最后通过对离心加速盘和锥筛网结构的实验应用,实验结果满足了残余含湿率<45%。同时对双级推料离心机在塑胶粒子脱水分离上的提出了展望。
Aiming at the requirement of solid residual moisture content≤45%when a plastic particle is dehydrated and separated by a two-stage pusher centrifuge,two important parameters affecting the solid residual moisture content are studied,and experiments are carried out for different rotating speeds and pusher times.Based on the experimental results and experimental phenomena,research and analysis are carried out.Finally,through the experimental application of the centrifugal acceleration disk and the cone screen structure,the experiment is carried out the results showed that the residual moisture content of solid is less than 45%.At the same time,the prospect of the two-stage pusher centrifuge in the dehydration and separation of plastic particles is put forward.
