摘要 以某180万t/a煤制甲醇装置甲醇合成单元的空冷器进出口管道为研究背景,利用管道应力分析软件CAESARⅡ对其进行有限元分析。为了使管道应力满足一次应力、二次应力的要求,空冷器管口荷载满足设备厂家的要求,需要准确模拟空冷器设备等边界条件,优化管道走向,使用低摩擦管托、刚性拉杆、弹簧支吊架等方法。最终在满足应力要求和管口受力的情况下,合理管道布置,节约管道材料,最终减少装置工程投资。 Based on the research background of the air cooler inlet and outlet pipeline of Methanol Synthesis distillation unit of a 1.80 million tons to be processed per year,the finite element analysis is carried out by using the pipeline stress analysis software CAESAR II.In order to make the pipe stress meets the requirements of primary and secondary stress,and the forces and moments of air cooler nozzles meet the requirements of the equipment manufacturer,it is necessary to accurately simulate the boundary conditions of air cooler,optimize the pipeline direction,and use low friction pipe support,rigid pull rod,spring hanger support and other methods.Finally,under the condition of meeting the stress requirements and the forces and moments the nozzles,the pipeline layout shall be reasonable,the pipeline materials shall be saved,and the investment of the plant engineering shall be reduced finally.
