阻垢剂螯合分散性能评价方法对比及优化

摘要 在印染行业螯合分散剂标准基础上,建立一种适用于阻垢剂的Ca^2+螯合力及CaCO3粉末分散力的实验室评价方法。研究了阻垢剂用量及pH值、CaCO3粉末用量、指示剂种类等对Ca^2+螯合力及CaCO3粉末分散力测定的影响,并与印染行业螯合分散剂评价标准进行对比研究。研究结果表明:草酸钠指示剂法和CaCO3粉末法可以有效区分不同阻垢剂的螯合、分散效果,且阻垢剂的Ca^2+螯合力和CaCO3粉末分散力测定结果具有良好的对应关系。该方法更适用于阻垢剂螯合、分散性能的评价。 Based on the standards of chelating and dispersing agents in the printing and dyeing industry,a laboratory evaluating method for Ca^2+ chelating capacity and CaCO3 powder dispersing capacity suitable for scale inhibitors was established. The effects of the amount of scale inhibitor and,the p H value of scale inhibitor,the amount of CaCO3 powder and the type of indicator on the determination of Ca^2+ chelating capacity and CaCO3 powder dispersing capacity were studied,and compared with the evaluating standard of chelating and dispersing agent in printing and dyeing industry. The research results show that the sodium oxalate indicator method and the CaCO3 powder method can effectively distinguish the chelation and dispersion effects of different scale inhibitors,and the Ca^2+ chelating power of the scale inhibitors has a good correspondence with the measurement results of the CaCO3 powder dispersion. This method is more suitable for the evaluation of chelating and dispersing performance of scale inhibitors.
