摘要
水体中水质污染指标是可以通过检测高锰酸盐指数的大小来进行评定的,文章总结了水中高锰酸盐指数的主要测定方法,选用紫外—可见分光光度法测定水中高锰酸盐指数的测定方案。关于分析方法的选择,分析方法的原理,仪器设备的准备,方案的具体步骤,等设计过程进行了详细介绍。对紫外可见分光光度法测定水中高锰酸盐指数进行了分析实验,又对波长的选择,硫酸以及高锰酸钾溶液的用量,加热时间和加热温度进行等分析。证明此方法具有重现性好,灵敏度高,试剂种类少,操作简单等优点,其工作原理为可见光、紫外线照射某些物质,主要是由于物质分子中价电子能级跃迁对辐射的吸收,而产生化合物的可见紫外吸收光谱。它是以朗伯—比耳定律为基础,基于物质对光的选择性吸收的特性而建立分光光度法或称吸收光谱法的分析方法。
Water pollution index in water can be assessed by measuring the size of permanganate index. This article summarized the main determination of permanganate index in water,UV-visible spectrophotometric determination of water was used in the determination of permanganate index program. On the analysis of the method of choice,the principle of analytical methods,equipment preparation,the specific steps of the program,such as the design process described in detail.UV-visible spectrophotometric determination of water permanganate index was analyzed experiment,but also on the wavelength of choice,the amount of sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate solution,heating time and heating temperature analysis. It is proved that this method has the advantages of good reproducibility,high sensitivity,less reagent types and easy operation. Its working principle of visible light,ultraviolet light irradiation of certain substances,mainly due to the valence electron level transition in the material molecules on the absorption of radiation,resulting in visible UV absorption spectra of compounds. It is based on Lambert-Beer’s law,Analytical methods based on the selective absorption of light by substances are established spectrophotometrically or by absorption spectroscopy.
