摘要
碳酸锂生产中,沉锂溢流液中的锂含量较高,约占生产总量的10%~20%,如何提高碳酸锂沉锂溢流液中锂的回收率,对企业生产效益的提高具有十分重要的意义。文章通过Aspen模拟和实验相结合的方法,探讨了碱性溢流液直接蒸发回收碳酸锂的可行性;通过灵敏度分析,为工业化实验提供了参考依据,为沉锂溢流液回收工艺提供了新思路。研究表明,通过控制蒸发器合适的气相分率,析出物经浆洗可以得到工业级碳酸锂产品。
In the production of lithium carbonate,the content of lithium in the overflow solution is relatively high,accounting for about 10% ~ 20% of the total production. How to improve the recovery rate of lithium in the overflow solution of lithium carbonate precipitation is of great significance to the improvement of production efficiency of enterprises. In this article,the feasibility of recovery of lithium carbonate by direct evaporation of alkaline overflow solution is discussed by means of Aspen simulation and experiment. Through the sensitivity analysis,it provides a reference for the industrial experiment and a new idea for the recovery process of lithium precipitation overflow. The results showed that the industrial grade lithium carbonate can be obtained by controlling the proper gas phase fraction of the evaporator.
