摘要
文章简要概述了水下生产系统开井时海管出口段塞流对下游设备的冲击,通过优化开井顺序,尽快建立海管最小输量,保证海管滞液量被携带出海管,从而降低对下游设备的段塞流冲击。按照单井配产由高至低的顺序开井,单井回接软管预充MEG被生产流体携带出海管,形成几个小型段塞流,从而减小对下游段塞流捕集器缓冲容积的要求,保证平稳开井。
The article briefly introduced subsea pipeline outlet slug flow influence for slug catcher during subsea production system start-up. With optimizing production wells start-up sequence,establishing minimum transport flowrate in order to carry liquid hold-up out of subsea pipeline. Based on single well production forecast from high to low,and filled with MEG for single tie-back well flexible pipeline,produced liquid is carried out with some smaller slug flows,and with lower slug catcher surge volume,ensure subsea production wells are started stable.
