摘要
通过试验优选干扰小、信噪比高的谱线作为分析谱线。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定融雪剂中的镉、铬、铅、砷元素的含量。通过降低样品溶液浓度,减小基体含量对待测元素光谱特征的影响,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱的优点,实现痕量元素的同时测定。建立能够涵盖样品含量区间的标准曲线,开展加标回收试验验证方法的准确度,方法的回收率满足要求。建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定融雪剂中镉、铬、铅、砷含量的分析方法。方法操作简便、容易掌握、精密度好,提高了工作效率,降低了分析成本,值得推广应用。
Spectrum lines with small interference and high signal-to-noise ratio are selected as analysis lines.The content of cadmium,chromium,lead and arsenic in snow melting agent was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission method.The influence of the matrix content on the spectral characteristics of the elements to be measured is reduced by reducing the concentration of the sample solution.The simultaneous determination of trace elements is realized by using the advantages of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy.Created a standard curve that covers the sample content interval,carrying out standard addition recovery test to verify the accuracy of the method,and the recovery rate of the method meets the requirements.A method for the simultaneous determination of cadmium,chromium,lead and arsenic in snow melting agent by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.The method has the advantages of simple operation,easy to master,good precision,improved work efficiency and reduced analysis cost,which is worth popularizing and applying.
