辽西驴鲜精人工授精试验效果观察

The effect of artificial insemination experiment on fresh semen of donkey in Western Liaoning

在辽宁省朝阳地区开展了辽西驴大数量鲜精人工授精试验,试验中对种用公驴的精液采取现用现采集,专用卵黄葡萄糖稀释液进行适当稀释,采用直肠检查法确定输精时间后进行子宫颈内输精。情期受胎率达到85.71%,明显高于对照组70.5%,二者差异极显著(P<0.01)。

In the Chaoyang area of Liaoning Province,we conducted a large-scale artificial insemination test of fresh semen on donkeys in western Liaoning.The semen of the male donkeys was collected and diluted with special yolk glucose diluent.After the specific time of insemination the rectal examination was determined,intrauterine insemination was performed,and the conception rate during estrus reached 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.5%),and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).
