摘要
抗菌肽(AMPS)是有机体先天免疫反应的调节因子,具有抗菌、抗病毒、杀伤癌细胞等多种活性,且不易产生耐药性,在食品、医药等多个领域有良好的应用前景。根据近年来相关研究,综述了抗菌肽机制、来源和功能,阐述其在畜牧业中的应用现状,并提出存在的问题。
Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are modulators known to be essential components of the innate immune response in organisms,which have a wide range of activities against bacteria,viruses,as well as cancer,demonstrating low tendency of developing drug assistance,thus have a promising potential prospect in many fields,like food and pharmaceutical industry industries.In this paper,recent mechanisms,sources and functions,applications in husbandry and possible problems were reviewed.
