摘要
论文研究了一种固相萃取技术在苯并[a]芘检测中应用的方法。对不同类型萃取柱的净化效率进行了研究。结果表明,硅酸镁萃取柱对样品提取液中杂质的去除和苯并[a]芘的保留效果最好。回收率可以达到95%以上。在此基础上,塑料制品中苯并[a]芘的检出限和定量限可以达到μg/kg级别。
In this paper,a solid-phase extraction method for the determination of benzo[a]pyrene was studied.The purification efficiency of different extraction columns was studied.The results show that the removal of impurities and the retention of benzo[a]pyrene by the extraction column are the best.The recovery rate can reach more than 95%.On this basis,the detection limit and quantitative limit of benzo[a]pyrene in plastic products can reach the level ofμg/kg.
