高校节能环保标准化现状研究

Research on the Current Standardization Situation of Colleges and Universities

高校是能耗大户,开展高校节能环保工作对于推行公共机构能源资源节约和生态环境保护意义重大。论文通过对高校节能环保现状进行梳理,分析高校节能环保工作中存在的问题,并针对问题从经费、制度、教育和标准化等方面提出一些思考和建议,为高校节能环保工作的开展提供参考。

Colleges and universities are the main energy-consumers in the public institutions,it is of great significance to carry out energy conservation and environmental protection in colleges and universities.Based on the current situation of energy conservation and environmental protection in colleges and universities,we analyzed the problems in energy conservation and environmental protection.Furtherly,we have put forward some suggestions on funding,system,education and standardization.This paper will provide some advices on developing energy conservation and environmental protection in colleges and universities.
